New for 2022: Unlike the original, the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion wagons did not use existing parts, but instead an Expert model was completely redesigned. The true-to-scale vehicles reproduce the original exactly down to the smallest detail. Individually attached handle bars are just as much a part of the contemporary design as flush, crystal-clear windows and detailed interior fittings. The loving design continues on the floor of the car. It impresses with free-standing lines, a filigree brake linkage, as well as maneuvering handles and metal trapping irons. Like the prototype, the PIKO conversion wagons come as close-coupled pairs on the market and, thanks to the precisely guided close-coupling kinematics, have a prototypical distance between the wagons. This new design is rounded off by the optionally available interior lighting. Together with the excellent PIKO locomotive model of the E 32 (item no. 51410), prototypical train sets can be created, which are an absolute eye-catcher on every layout.
