This 3-2 heavyweight modernized business car is painted in the tri-color scheme and runs on 6-wheel passenger car trucks. Built for the W.F. Lenny Co. in 1926 by Pullman, this business car was later purchased by Pere Marquette and finally became C&O #15 in 1947. Used by C&O officials to examine right-of-ways and conduct company business, it continued to serve for C&O through the 1960s before being retired.
