With the tank wagons 406R of the PKP in ep. IV, another important type of wagon from Poland has been prototypically transferred to 1:87 by PIKO. The attractive model of the tank wagon is precisely implemented and is characterized by the coherent presentation of all relevant details of the prototype. The detailed new construction scores with the perfect representation of the kink-free boiler and specially attached steps, ladders, railings and stages are also in a filigree and stable design. A special highlight is the realistic replica of the straps and their connection to the carriage support, which have no visible separations. The car has the finest paintwork and printing and excellent rolling properties. With this highly detailed model, another attractive vehicle from PIKO is available for use in freight trains.
