Prototype: Southern Pacific Caboose freight train escort car.

Version with central roof canopy. Chestnut brown paint scheme. Operating condition circa 1948.

Model: Metal frame and chassis. Detailed bogies with special wheelsets. End platforms with handbrakes on both sides. Roof walkways, access ladders, brake system, and other details are separately applied. Interchangeable couplings.

Length over couplings 14.2 cm.

DC wheelset E320552 (NEM) or E320389 (RP25).

Matching US freight car sets can be found in the Märklin H0 range under item number 45667 and in the Trix H0 range under item number 24915, with a note regarding the required replacement wheelsets.

The matching Berkshire steam locomotive can be found under item number 37983.
