The Niederösterreichische Verkehrsorganisationsges.m.b.H. (NÖVOG) is a railway company for public and tourist traffic. Their goal is to create a convenient regional service for the passengers of the countryside regions, as well as to provide tourists with attractive leisure time offers. For this reason, the NÖVOG maintains at the depot in Gmünd also some historic rail vehicles, with which the interval timetable is operated. On the lines with the destinations Groß Gerung and Litschau, the diesel locomotives of the series 2095 is regularly used as well as the additional Mh.4.
